The Maintenance Contracts We Offer
Once your 2 year warranty has expired, we will contact you too offer you a maintenance contract. A maintenance contract will cover all your equipment, (apart from key-fobs) this also includes any batteries you may require. A maintenance contract is usually a requirement of your house contents insurance policy. The cost of the contract is determined by the equipment you have installed.
The system installed in your home is highly sophisticated and unlike previous conventional systems does not require an annual visit due to its self-testing and diagnostic facilities. If a problem appears on the system it instantly informs you, and most problems can be resolved with a telephone call to ourselves, which helps keep your costs down.

- Full 24 hour, 365 days a year access to fully qualified technical staff for faults.
- Half price call-out charges, these are usually waived if an engineer is in your area at a mutually agreed day and time.
- All documentation required to satisfy the insurance companies you have a valid maintenance contract is supplied upon acceptance.
- All equipment batteries will be supplied, free of charge, and sent out within twenty four hours, with comprehensive illustrated battery replacement instructions.
- In the event of faulty equipment, it will be replaced free of charge for the device. Key fobs are excluded and will always be charged for.
- Regular updates, from ourselves, as and when new or improved equipment becomes available that we feel could improve or enhance your existing system.
